April 7, 2011- Teams may begin arriving
(with additional fee for extra night's camping)
April 8, 2011- Teams arrive, team meeting at 5pm, welcome dinner at 6pm.
MEAT INSPECTIONS BEGIN AT NOON.
Please be at your site as soon as you can near this time. Festival gates open at 5pm for spectators.
Live music, children's area and vendors open. Street dance tonight!
 
April  9, 2011--- Judges Meeting at 9:30.
Gates open to the general public at 10:00.
Music on the main stage all day.
Teams to do first turn in of Chicken to judges at 11:00 am.  
Children's play area is open from 10 am- 6pm.  
Free play on bouncers, and slides!

The People's Choice tasting tent to open at 11:30.
Come sample BBQ Sliders from various teams in the competition. Vote for your favorites! 
At noon, teams will turn in their ribs to the judges building, and at 1:00 PM will turn in their pork butts for scoring.
The final turn-in is at 2:00 pm with beef brisket.
During the afternoon, judges will be tallying their score sheets, with the FBA reps calculating the winners and prize payouts.

Tri-State BBQ Festival T-shirts and visors for sale! Shirts $12 each, or any 2 for $20 imix and match --- visors $7 each or 2 for $10. Combo pack one shirt and one visor for $15. Shipping is an extra $4.95 (USPS Priority Mail is utilized, unless it is a large order). Pink is a ladies tank top, and the black one has a pocket on the front. The white shirt has the event logo on the front.
