Judge Information

We would like to invite you to participate as a certified FBA judge in the Tri-State BBQ
Festival on April 10, 2010. All judges will need to be at the Houston County Farm Center by
9:00 a.m. Saturday morning for a mandatory judges’ meeting at 9:30 a.m.
If you are making plans to attend and judge our event, we would also like to invite
you to a “welcome party” on Friday, April 9, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. at the Houston County
Farm Center. Also, if you are planning on traveling in your RV or camper, there MAY be onsite
camping available at the rate of $29 per night, available from Thursday afternoon until
Sunday noon. Please request a space on this form, and send your nonrefundable check for the
accommodations in with this form. YOUR CONFIRMATION LETTER WILL BE SENT BY E-MAIL,
so please include that information
