6:00 PM – Mandatory Cooks Meeting
7:00 PM - VIP hospitality party for cook teams, judges & sponsors (only).

People's Choice Award information
Anyone who is registered to compete in either division and wishes to
compete in the People's Choice Award will be
given an 8# bone in butt courtesy of Sysco Gulf Coast to prepare and send
to the People's choice tent. Each paying
ticket-holder will be then given a ballot to vote for their favorite meat
(one ballot per person). The winner will receive a
special award Saturday afternoon!
